The INSTINCTS RUN

Thank You one and all for the success of the first ever INSTINCTS RUN.

150 people on an early Saturday morning..(Point to note: SSNites), given the distance of the college from the city...HATS OFF to you, guys and girls !!!

Here is how it all went ..

The INSTINCTS RUN, a tie up the Village and Teach for India was flagged off at 8:30 am today by Dr.Babu, the faculty coordinator for the event. The run covered a 2.5 km distance along the Marina Beach starting from close to Subrahmanya Bharathiyar statue till the Light House. The overwhelming turnout, made the event more and more exciting as the day went on. Banners of INSTINCTS 2014 and the Village were carried around and flyers of Teach for India were given away to publicize the respective causes. The Run concluded at the Light house at around 9:30am.

To everyone's surprise, N2K, the dance team of SSN, made an appearance, and as usual, enthralled everyone with yet another flash mob of theirs. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to The Chennai Police Department, for their cooperation in making the Run a reality.

ALL SAID AND DONE, the INSTINCTS RUN was FUN !!!
