INSTINCTS Day 1 Update!

March 13th, the first day of Instincts 2014 saw an astounding participation from students across the city. The day started off with the Inauguration which had Ajmal as the chief guest. The crowd was extremely cooperative and enthusiastic. Theater performances, heated debates, Tamil Mandram game shows and loads of other events caught everyone's attention and had them totally entertained.



The MTS Rising PRO SHOW in the evening was a perfect end to Day 1. The all red MTS stage was glowing while the OML musicians performed their song mix-up. Then it all started. Shakthishree Gopalan, Aaalap Raju and Ranjith created magic on stage, singing all their hit songs starting with Poraney Poraney, going across different genres with songs like Nenjukkulle, Engeyum Kaadhal etc.,Keith Peters was at his usual brilliant best strumming the bossy bass notes. The band was extraordinary, with the pick of the show being Mr.Ranjith turning out in a different costume for every other song of his, and the unexpected 'dandanakka' multiple song sequence by the gorgeous Shakthishree.
